Terms Of Service
Welcome to Wealth Battle LLC ("Wealth Battle," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service govern participation in Wealth Battle memberships, educational programs, meetings, software access, coaching, and related services.
1. Membership Types
A. Lifetime Membership — One-Time Payment
The Lifetime Membership — One-Time Payment option consists of a single upfront payment and grants the Member lifetime access to Wealth Battle educational services for the life of the Member while Wealth Battle LLC remains operational and continues offering such services.
Lifetime Membership may include access to educational meetings, group sessions, budgeting education, software access, member resources, educational presentations, recordings, and related services offered by Wealth Battle LLC.
Members purchasing the Lifetime One-Time Payment option are entitled to a full refund if requested within thirty (30) calendar days of the original purchase date. Following expiration of the thirty-day refund period, all payments become non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.
If Wealth Battle LLC revokes a Lifetime Membership for reasons other than member misconduct, refunds, if any, shall be prorated using a twenty-four (24) month valuation schedule. For purposes of this calculation, Lifetime Membership shall be deemed equivalent to twenty-four months of monthly membership dues.
B. Lifetime Membership — Twelve Payment Structure
The Lifetime Membership Twelve Payment Structure consists of twelve (12) monthly payments and converts to Lifetime Membership status upon successful completion of all required payments.
Members utilizing the Twelve Payment Structure are entitled to request a refund only on the most recent payment within seven (7) calendar days of that payment being made. Payments made prior to the most recent payment are considered earned and non-refundable.
If a Member voluntarily cancels participation or fails to complete the payment schedule prior to completion of all required payments, Lifetime eligibility shall terminate immediately and access may be discontinued.
C. Monthly Membership
Monthly Membership is provided on a month-to-month basis and grants Members access to applicable educational services, meetings, community resources, recordings, software access, and related member benefits offered by Wealth Battle LLC.
Members may cancel Monthly Membership at any time. Access to membership services and benefits shall terminate upon cancellation unless otherwise specified by Wealth Battle LLC.
Members are eligible to request a refund of the most recent monthly payment within seven (7) calendar days of the applicable charge date.
2. Wealth Battle Member Programs
Debt Destroyer
Debt Destroyer is an educational program offered by Wealth Battle LLC designed to assist Members with understanding debt organization, debt reduction strategies, and repayment planning concepts.
Program services may include debt inventory organization, debt sequencing education, amortization reviews, debt-payoff modeling, and related educational consultations intended to assist Members in understanding cash flow and debt management concepts.
Debt Destroyer is provided solely for educational and informational purposes. Wealth Battle LLC does not provide legal services, credit repair services, tax advice, debt settlement services, debt negotiation services, or fiduciary advisory services through the Debt Destroyer program.
Wealth Battle LLC does not guarantee debt elimination, payoff timelines, credit score improvements, financial outcomes, lender decisions, or any specific results arising from implementation of educational materials or strategies discussed within the program.
Upon cancellation or termination of membership, Members may retain educational materials, spreadsheets, templates, and deliverables previously sent or downloaded; however, future coaching, recalculations, consultations, updates, software access, and ongoing support may terminate immediately.
Build Budget Program
Build Budget is an educational program offered by Wealth Battle LLC designed to assist Members with budgeting principles, cash flow awareness, financial organization, and accountability systems.
Program services may include budget creation assistance, income and expense tracking education, inflow and outflow analysis, cash flow organization, budgeting methodology instruction, accountability meetings, educational coaching, and software setup support intended to assist Members in developing and maintaining budgeting systems.
Wealth Battle LLC may utilize third-party software platforms, applications, and vendors as part of the Build Budget program. Such third-party providers maintain independent terms of service, privacy policies, pricing structures, and operational procedures which remain outside the control of Wealth Battle LLC.
Members retain ownership of their personal financial information, budget data, exported files, and account history. Upon cancellation or termination of membership, software access, coaching, accountability services, consultations, updates, and ongoing support may terminate immediately.
Build Budget is provided solely for educational and informational purposes and does not constitute financial advice, tax advice, accounting advice, fiduciary services, or investment advice.
Bulletproof Banking Program
Bulletproof Banking is an educational program offered by Wealth Battle LLC designed to provide Members with educational discussions and informational content relating to liquidity planning strategies, life insurance structures, policy mechanics, and concepts commonly referred to as Infinite Banking.
Wealth Battle LLC may introduce or refer Members to licensed insurance professionals, agencies, carriers, or other third-party providers where appropriate.
Bulletproof Banking is provided solely for educational and informational purposes and does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, fiduciary guidance, legal advice, insurance advice, or recommendations to purchase any specific financial product.
Wealth Battle LLC makes no representations or guarantees regarding policy performance, dividends, cash values, returns, tax treatment, lending terms, underwriting outcomes, carrier decisions, future interest rates, or future policy performance.
College Launch Program
College Launch is an educational program offered by Wealth Battle LLC designed to assist Members with educational planning, college preparation, organizational systems, and discussions relating to higher education planning.
Program services may include educational discussions regarding FAFSA processes, enrollment planning considerations, educational timelines, organizational assistance, expected family contribution concepts, documentation preparation guidance, and related educational consultations.
College Launch is provided solely for educational and informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice, tax advice, financial aid advice, admissions consulting, fiduciary guidance, or guarantees of educational outcomes.
Members remain solely responsible for applications, submissions, financial aid documentation, institutional communications, deadlines, implementation decisions, and compliance with applicable school, state, and federal requirements.
Estate Armor Program
Estate Armor is an educational program offered by Wealth Battle LLC designed to assist Members with estate planning coordination, organizational discussions, asset awareness, and educational planning concepts relating to long-term estate preparation.
Estate Armor is provided solely for educational and informational purposes. Wealth Battle LLC does not practice law, draft legal documents, prepare legal instruments, provide legal advice, establish attorney-client relationships, or perform legal services.
Legal services, document preparation, estate instruments, trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and related legal work are performed exclusively by independent third-party attorneys, law firms, or licensed legal professionals operating under separate agreements independent of Wealth Battle LLC.
3. Guest Programs & Third-Party Educational Services
Wealth Battle LLC may periodically host, present, promote, or facilitate educational sessions, guest presentations, workshops, interviews, or collaborative programs conducted by third-party educators, professionals, specialists, or subject matter experts.
Guest presenters, educators, and third-party professionals operate independently and are not employees, agents, partners, fiduciaries, or representatives of Wealth Battle LLC unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Members remain solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence and consulting appropriately licensed professionals before implementing any concepts discussed within guest programs or third-party educational sessions.
4. Cancellation / End of Membership
Upon cancellation or termination of membership, Members shall retain ownership of and continued access to educational materials, files, templates, recordings, and other deliverables previously provided by Wealth Battle LLC.
Ongoing membership benefits and services, including but not limited to coaching, consultations, meetings, software access, updates, recalculations, support services, and future educational offerings, may terminate immediately upon cancellation unless otherwise specified by Wealth Battle LLC.
5. Community Standards
Members agree to conduct themselves in a respectful, collaborative, and good-faith manner while participating in Wealth Battle LLC programs, meetings, events, community platforms, and related services.
Members shall respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants, refrain from unauthorized recording or redistribution of member content, and comply with all applicable platform rules, policies, and community guidelines.
Wealth Battle LLC reserves the right to moderate discussions, remove content, suspend access, revoke memberships, or refuse service at its discretion.
6. End of Life / Service Discontinuation
Lifetime Membership is intended to provide Members with a minimum value equivalent to twenty-four (24) months of membership services.
In the event Wealth Battle LLC permanently ceases operations, becomes inactive, dissolves, discontinues membership services, or otherwise ceases providing substantially all Lifetime Membership services, Lifetime Members may be entitled to a prorated refund calculated against a twenty-four (24) month valuation schedule.
Members who have received twenty-four (24) months or more of active service shall be deemed to have received the full minimum Lifetime Membership value and shall not be entitled to additional refunds arising solely from closure, inactivity, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
7. Refund Policies
A. Monthly Membership Refunds
Members enrolled in Monthly Membership may request cancellation and a prorated refund of the most recent monthly membership charge within five (5) calendar days of the applicable billing date.
B. Lifetime Membership Refunds
Members purchasing a Lifetime Membership may request cancellation within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original purchase date and shall be eligible to receive a prorated refund calculated against a twenty-four (24) month valuation schedule.
C. Service Discontinuation / End of Life
In the event Wealth Battle LLC permanently ceases operations, becomes inactive, dissolves, suspends substantially all services, or otherwise discontinues Lifetime Membership offerings prior to a Member receiving twenty-four (24) months of active service, the affected Lifetime Member may be entitled to a prorated refund.
8. Program-Specific Refund Policies
A. Estate Armor
Once legal documents, intake materials, instructions, files, or related information have been transmitted, submitted, or otherwise delivered to attorneys, law firms, or third-party legal providers for processing, review, drafting, or legal work, payments become earned and non-refundable.
B. Bulletproof Banking
Refund policies, cancellation provisions, cash values, surrender values, dividends, policy loans, guarantees, premium treatment, and any financial rights associated with insurance products shall be governed exclusively by the applicable insurance carrier, policy contract, underwriting entity, and related agreements.
C. College Launch
College Launch services become earned upon commencement of services, consultations, planning activities, organizational work, educational guidance, or related support activities. Payments made for College Launch services are non-refundable following enrollment or commencement of service.
